| WHY "RIGHTS PROTECTED" IMAGES MORE EXPENSIVE THAN ROYALTY FREE? | |||

of images (both technically and creatively) applies. • Exclusive rights may be obtained : since the use of the image is “controlled“, you may be “protected“ against having the image used by a direct competitor for a competing use. This protection cannot be provided with royalty free images. • Records of every use of an image (as well as similar images from the same shoot) allow to avoid conflicting rights between competing end users. |

the image; this contrasts to royalty free images that have a fixed price
based upon the size of the image. So, negociating prices for rights protected images can be a complicated process because numerous parameters have to be taken into consideration. You have on this site a request form for obtaining a price estimate: the object is to make the pricing process both faster and easier. |

| HOW TO GET A PRICE ESTIMATE FOR YOUR USAGE ? | |||

| You access the request form from your shopping-cart : When you have chosen the image(s) that you want pricing for, click on the button Go to Price Estimate, which is located under every Rights Protected Image. (To access to Price Estimate, we must ask you to log in). Then, fill out the request form, send it by e-mail or by fax and we will quickly respond with a price-quote tailored to your project. The specific license of the image(s) will be in the invoice, which will be sent to you by e-mail and via the postal system, after payment. ATTENTION : When we are dealing with images, we are dealing with copyrights, and you are legally required to obtain the rights you need, framed within an accurate description of your usage : do not distort the information in a way that would result in a significant false description about how the image will be used. NOTA : You can order a high resolution digital file, not a transparency. |
